There are times where you simply don't know what kind of workouts you  are gonna be able to do on the road or when on vacation, so here's a great workout you can do to make sure you are crushed for the next week. Make sure you do at least 5 WORKING sets on each exercise (Working means that you are doing your final heavy weight for those sets). Enjoy!
