These Protein Pancakes I'm making are getting better and better, and the nutritional profile even better! 

This one was:

- 1/2 cup Almond Flour

- 1/2 cup Quest Protein Powder 

- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

- 3 egg whites

- Coconut Milk

- One Cookies and Cream Quest Protein Bar

- Splash of Vanilla Extract

Mix up all try ingredients except the protein bar. Then add all the liquids. Add Almond Milk or Coconut milk to make sure consistency is right. After that add a chopped up bar into the mix and then you're done, just throw it on the pan and cook'em up!

    1-2 mid size banana
    1 egg yolk
    and add protein u want on your choose (amount)
    Very delitious and supa Furios 3 ingrengrients
