Today was all about Meal Prep and getting a half decent shoulder workout in, but I'm having some pain so not going crazy.

    Yo Pete Chris from the uk here, I been joining in with the furious 60. gonna see it through till then end wifi the you. Last year I was around 490 lbs and I’m now down to around 280lbs your nutrition advice has helped me learn to not be afraid of fats and carbs they are just as important as protons along with the right exercise. Anyway basically emailing to let you know your motivating others for the times when it gets tough or when you need to push for the extra two reps :) I’ll send you before and after pics of my furious 60 !
