Well, in all honesty I eat very little. I have a strict enough regime to follow, being a type 1 diabetic. I only eat chocolate when it is needed, as in extremely low sugar levels in my blood. I do go to the gym every day for 30 mins, and work out on different body toning exercises for example my obliques, my legs, arms etc. I am roughly 130lbs. 5ft 8 tall. I also love walking along the beach which is close to my house….I am no bodybuilder… but I manage!! LOL. I’ve strong hands plus they do their job 100%. Hi Furious! Seen most of your videos and challenges on youtube. I couldnt stop laughing watching you and LA beast do the butter off clip you made, at his house. I couldnt eat all that butter. I dont know how you id it, but I give you credit for that. :-) well done.
