Fireman Carries - Using a 90 and 120lb dummy.
A total of 50 lengths were done for the workout. Pace it how you like, carry or drag the dummy as needed, just go 50 lengths total.
Atlas "Stone" (Keg) Raises - 100lbs for 2 sets to get a feel
Then do 10 - 20 sets to failure using a 200 to 250lbs keg (adjust as needed)
Sledgehammers - Do sets till failure and do 10 - 20 sets
Calves - ONE MILLION REPS!!!
