It's been awhile since I did a 500lb squat due to injuries and what not. I have had so many requests to post fitness videos, so I am going to make an effort to do so. My goal for 2012 is to hit 600lbs on squats, 700lbs on deadlift and 500lbs on bench. Let's see if all this eating can help me get strong!
