If you liked this video thumbs it up, if you didn't then let me know why! Tire Flips. My favourite summer time workout! Good workouts are simply doing 100 or 200 or 1000 tire flips for time. Another for winter is flipping the tire, jumping in and out and flipping it back the other way (great for space restricting areas). An exhausting workout is 10 to 1 of tire flips then 1 to 10 of burpees: 10 Tire Flips, 1 Burpee 9 Tire Flips, 2 Burpees 8 Tire Flips, 3 Burpees etc. You can also do 20 to 1, 1 to 20 of tire flips and burpees and other variations.
