Warmup 400m run 15-12-9: Air squats Pushups Pullups Burpees WOD 100 pullups 100 pushups 100 situps 100 squats You must work on a 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off round format. Your total number of rounds needed to complete the workout is your score. Took me 25 rounds. Not too bad! I did the pull ups in 10 rounds (5min total). Very pleased with that!!
