I sent this to my newsletter a couple days ago (subscribe if you haven't as I upload workouts there all the time). But I wanted to show everyone else this workout that hasn't seen it (actually I showed it on my SnapChat, which is furiouspete123).
This one may seem straight forward, but the rep scheme is important here...but man is it worth it and you get one awesome pump! I took some Goku Gains before my workout and I was focused and ready!
I usually feature a lot of supersets in my training guides but this time around I kept it as single sets, and when you do this you'll know why.
So here's the workout:
E-Z Bar Curls (Standing) - 4 Sets | Reps - 10 - 10 - 10 - 12
Tricep Pressdowns - 4 Sets | Reps - 10 - 10 - 10 - 12
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 4 Sets | Reps - 10 - 10 - 10 - 15
Skullcrushers - 4 Sets | Reps 12 - 12 - 12 - 15
Concentration Curls - 3 Sets | Reps - 15 - 15 - 20
Dips - 3 Sets | Reps - 20 - 20 - Failure
Finish or Start with some light cardio
